Lack of school to that proposed area and student suffer to a long distance to reach for thier school, lack of infastructure that support school
Kins Favour Academy, located in Dagoretti North Sub-County, Nairobi County, Kenya, was established in August 2009 with just one learner and has grown to approximately 405 learners, from Kindergarten to Junior Nine. However, the school’s growth has created a significant need for adequate and permanent learning facilities. Many learners currently study in temporary classrooms, which do not provide the long-term, stable learning environment required by a growing school. Limited financial resources have made it difficult to complete the remaining construction works. Without additional support, the school will continue facing challenges in providing adequate, durable learning spaces for its growing number of learners.

Project Title: Construction of Permanent Learning Facilities at Kins Favour Academy, Kenya**
Kins Favour Academy is an educational institution located in Dagoretti North Sub-County, Nairobi County, Kenya. Established in August 2009 with just one learner, the school has grown to approximately 405 learners, from Kindergarten to Junior Nine. The school is committed to nurturing learners, developing their talents and equipping them with skills to help them reach their full potential.
Despite this growth, the school continues to rely on temporary classrooms, creating a pressing need for permanent, safe and suitable learning facilities. The proposed project aims to complete the construction of a permanent school building that will provide improved classroom space and a more stable learning environment for learners and teachers. The project is guided by an existing Bill of Quantities prepared for the proposed Kins Favour Academy building on Plot No. 349, Dagoretti North, along Salim Road. The planned works include the building’s structural and classroom-related construction, together with associated external works, as specified in the Bill of Quantities. The total estimated project cost is KSh 38,232,150. Construction work valued at KSh 8,066,081 has already been completed, leaving an outstanding funding requirement of KSh 30,166,069. The school is seeking financial support and partnerships with international foundations, charitable organisations and development agencies to help complete the remaining works.
Once completed, the permanent learning facilities will improve the school’s capacity to provide suitable classroom space, support effective teaching and learning, and create a more secure and sustainable educational environment. The project is intended to benefit the school’s approximately 410 learners and support the continued development of the institution.
Kins Favour Academy therefore seeks support from international development partners to complete its permanent learning facilities. This investment will help create a safer, more suitable and sustainable learning environment where children can learn effectively, develop their talents and prepare for a better future. Kins Favour Academy is committed to using any support received for the agreed project activities and providing relevant documentation and progress reports to its funding partners. We welcome the opportunity to share the Bill of Quantities, school profile, photographs, registration documents and other supporting information required for assessment.
Through this project, we hope to establish a stronger foundation for quality education and give learners a better environment in which to learn, grow and prepare for the future.

The klapleu modern middle school is a school established in a rural area. It is planned to operate on a two-track basis from sixth grade through ninth grade, which means a projected total of 8 classrooms. However, since its opening in 2025, there have been only 4 classrooms instead of the 8 planned. From 20 students at the start, there are now 173 students spread across 3 grade levels (6th, 5th, and 4th). The growing student enrollment. Therefore requires the construction and equipment of the remaining 4 classrooms.
