The school has many children and few classrooms, hence some classes have almost seventy students in one class. This leads to poor perfomance since the teacher cannot manage such big number. The total number of students is 1756.
Mapalo Community School is a government-run public school in Zambia serving an estimated 700–1000 learners. The school faces infrastructure challenges that require attention to ensure that learners have a safe, adequate and supportive environment in which to learn.
The proposed project will address the school's priority needs, which include deteriorated classroom buildings, insufficient classroom space, inadequate desks and benches, limited teaching and learning materials, and deficiencies in water and sanitation facilities.

Hearts Educators proposes to improve the learning environment at Mapalo Community School, a government-run public school in Zambia. In collaboration with the school administration, the project will prioritise the rehabilitation of deteriorated classrooms, the construction of additional classrooms, the provision of desks and benches, and the supply of essential teaching and learning materials. Improvements to water, sanitation and electricity will also be considered through a needs assessment.
The project is intended to improve the safety, adequacy and functionality of the school environment, support effective teaching and learning, and help the school accommodate learners appropriately.Through this initiative, we hope to contribute to a more supportive learning environment in which children have better access to the facilities and educational resources they need to learn and thrive.

We are a rural school in Lesotho, Excel High Academy. Our school does not have proper buildings that meet the required standards for final examinations. Because of this, our students are forced to travel long distances from our rural area to urban centres to write their final examinations. This long-distance travel causes high transport costs for parents, safety risks for learners, and stress that affects their performance in examinations.
We are therefore seeking support to build a proper examination hall / permanent classrooms at our school premises, so that our learners can write their examinations in a safe, dignified and conducive environment at their own school.

The Bright Future School project aims to improve access to quality education for children in Kwirebero, in the Nyabikokora cell, Kirehe district, Rwanda.
Some children have to walk several kilometres to get to school. The construction of a new nursery and primary school will bring education closer to families and provide children with a safe learning environment tailored to their needs.
