The school has many children and few classrooms, hence some classes have almost seventy students in one class. This leads to poor perfomance since the teacher cannot manage such big number. The total number of students is 1756.
PROBLEM / CONTEXT: The JM Manavotra Private High School, located in Alakamisy Ambohimaha, currently has approximately 115 students across several grade levels. Despite the administration's efforts to ensure quality education, the school faces several challenges that limit its capacity and the students' learning conditions. Among the main difficulties encountered: School infrastructure remains insufficient, with some buildings still unfinished.
The number of students is high compared to the school's capacity. Classrooms and school equipment are inadequate. The lack of desks and benches makes studying difficult for some students. The school lacks computer equipment to facilitate learning new technologies. Limited financial resources prevent the school from meeting all its needs. Given this situation, external support is necessary to improve infrastructure, strengthen school equipment, and provide students with a more suitable, safe, and conducive learning environment for their academic success.

Description of the proposed solution: The project aims to improve learning conditions and the quality of education at the JM MANAVOTRA Private High School, located in Alakamisy Ambohimaha. To address the challenges encountered, we propose:
The construction and completion of school infrastructure. Equipping classrooms with desks and benches. Providing computer equipment for students and teachers. Improving the reception and learning conditions for students. Strengthening teaching equipment.
B. Objectives: The overall objective is to offer students a suitable, safe, and conducive learning environment. The specific objectives are: Increasing the school's capacity. Improving teaching and learning conditions. Facilitating student access to computer tools and new technologies. Reducing the shortage of school supplies. Contributing to improving the quality of education in rural areas.
C. Material Needs: To carry out this project, the school needs: Construction materials for the completion and improvement of school buildings. Desks and benches for students. Computers and IT equipment. Teaching and learning materials. Furniture and equipment necessary for the proper functioning of classrooms.
D. Expected Results: At the end of the project, we hope to achieve: Improved and adapted school infrastructure. Better-equipped classrooms. A sufficient number of desks and benches for students. Better access to IT tools. Better teaching and learning conditions. Improved academic achievement and future prospects for students.

We are a rural school in Lesotho, Excel High Academy. Our school does not have proper buildings that meet the required standards for final examinations. Because of this, our students are forced to travel long distances from our rural area to urban centres to write their final examinations. This long-distance travel causes high transport costs for parents, safety risks for learners, and stress that affects their performance in examinations.
We are therefore seeking support to build a proper examination hall / permanent classrooms at our school premises, so that our learners can write their examinations in a safe, dignified and conducive environment at their own school.

The Bright Future School project aims to improve access to quality education for children in Kwirebero, in the Nyabikokora cell, Kirehe district, Rwanda.
Some children have to walk several kilometres to get to school. The construction of a new nursery and primary school will bring education closer to families and provide children with a safe learning environment tailored to their needs.
